After you've added picture information to the Gallery, you can search for pictures by browsing through the thumbnail categories, or by searching on a word from a description you add.
To browse by category:

On the File menu, point to Get Picture From, and then click Gallery.

Click the Browse tab.

Select a collectionA group of items in the Gallery that contain similar content. Examples of collections include animals, animations, and backgrounds..

Select a categoryA group of items within a collection in the Gallery..
 | Optional: Select a type of item.

To filter the choices that appear in the lists, under (Optional) Select the type of item you want to find, select an item type.

Select the picture or pictures you want to open, and then click Open.
To search by keyword:

On the File menu, point to Get Picture From, and then click Gallery.

Click the Find tab.

Under Type one or more words describing the item(s) you want to find, type specific keywords.

Click Find.

Drag the items you want to the TrayThe strip at the bottom of the product screen that shows thumbnails of open pictures., and then click Done.
