  Question: The software does not accept the licence key I recieved.
Answer: The licence key send to you by mail must be entered exactly as it appear in the confermation email. (easiest way is to select it, copy and paste it in to the box) If you stil can't use the key contact us at support@lovechess.com

  
  Question: The interface buttons ar not working.
Answer: The interface buttons are inactive during sexanimations. Please press the space bar to end the animation and then the interface buttons are active again.

  
  Question: Can I use the small chessboard for playing?
Answer: No, you have to play the game in the main 3D screen. The chessboard is just for an overall view of the pieces.

  
  Question: The game runs slow on my machine. What could I do to improve performance?
Answer: In this manual at the System requirements page there are some usefull tips you can try to increase performance.

  
 

Question: the game crashes to desktop, what can i do to prefent this?
Answer: The game is tested very well. So it should run on most machines with no problems. If you do encounter crashes or other errors during the game try stopping all not essencial processes running in the background. Msn mesenger for example.
