It’s been over 200 years since the last rebellion in Lasheron ended in the defeat and execution of the Alliance.  All creatures have heard and learned the brutal stories of their ancestors being executed for being part of that rebellion.  The creatures of Lasheron know

that their freedom from Zargon and his followers would be an almost impossible task, since Zargon has promised to kill anyone involved with another rebellion.  The creatures of Lasheron know that Zargon’s followers crushed the rebellions in the past and have the power to crush any rebellions that may arise.

A few jakkals and griborgs in the past weeks, however, have stolen a few top secret weapons from one of Zargon’s weapons factories.  Among them were the arch-wizard Warlar and Griborg FX-8.  Warlar has persuaded other jakkals and FX-8 has unified all the griborgs in Lasheron to put a stop to Zargon's reign of tyranny.  This new Alliance knows that they only have one chance to overthrow Zargon.  They must destroy his castle, his main source of power, to ensure that he will never posses his power again.

Warlar has assigned FX-8 to the northern region of Lasheron where they have set up a secret weapons factory.  By securing that region, FX-8 and his griborgs can continue their research and development of more advance weapons.  Warlar has returned to his castle to continue some research on more powerful spells. He has commissioned you to lead a small horde of jakkals and griborgs in the Western region of Lasheron.  Your task, with the help of Warlar and FX-8, is to rid Lasheron of Zargon’s army and to put a stop to Zargon’s subjugation.

 

This manual consists of several sections to help you get an understanding of JAKKAL -- flesh + bones.  It is recommended that you read through the Setup and Controls menus.
