Contacting Kagi
OK, there are several ways to reach us. First, please keep in mind that we try to provide the best service possible at the lowest cost possible. In general that means that we cannot return phone calls because the typical payment is around $10 and we make $0.40 on that payment and one phone call outside of our local area will cost us more than the 40 cents we would make. So "free" communication methods are preferable to telephone calls.Email: admin@kagi.com
Mail to admin@kagi.com is read and replied to on average, three days a week. That is the address for questions. The other main address is sales@kagi.com. This address is where people send payment information generated by the register program.Fax: +1 (510) 652-6589
The fax line is really only for incoming payments. We can answer questions only if:
you have an email address (and if you have email, send us email instead of a fax) or,
your fax number is accessible through the free Internet fax service provided by The Phone Company (please confirm that your fax is accessible by using their web page) or,
you have a toll free telephone number or,
you will accept collect calls.Telephone: +1 (510) 601-5244
This is the main voice line for Kagi. If you must talk to a person, this is the number to call. There is no answering machine on this line. When we are here we answer it and when not, it rings, and rings, and rings ...
We are typically here after 10am (Pacific Time Zone) and stay till around 5pm on weekdays. Weekends we are here on Saturdays but the hours vary. You can always look in and see if you can see us in the QuickCam camera. If you see us in the picture, call.Telephone: +1 (510) 658-5244
This is an announcement only telephone line and if you have access to these web pages, there is no reason for you to call that number. If you call directory assistance and ask for the Kagi phone number in Berkeley California, this is the number they will give you. You cannot leave a message and it is only answered by a silicon based life form.
