Control | Preview Frame
Switches to 'Preview Frame' mode to preview the current Frame in the 'Layout' window.
In Preview Frame Mode, you can move, scale, rotate and skew Objects in Keyframes using the
Select Tool or 
Reshape Tool and the appropriate Tool Option.
