Terminal Emulation Overview

There are several terminal emulation modes which change how the terminal operates. These modes include Cursor key mode, Line wrap mode, New line mode, and Application and Numeric Keypad Modes.

To change the terminal mode settings, open the Emulation / Modes category in the Session Options dialog.

You can configure CRT to start with a customized selection of these modes on a per session basis. This is done by making mode selections within the Initial modes section.

In addition, if a session is open, you may modify the current terminal modes by making mode selections within the Current modes section.
