IInternetProtocolInfo::CompareUrl Method

Compares two URLs and determines if they are equal.

Syntax

HRESULT CompareUrl(
    LPCWSTR pwzUrl1,
    LPCWSTR pwzUrl2,
    DWORD dwCompareFlags
);

Parameters

pwzUrl1

[in] String value that contains the first URL.

pwzUrl2

[in] String value that contains the second URL.

dwCompareFlags

[in] Unsigned long integer value that controls the comparison. Set to TRUE to ignore slashes, or to FALSE otherwise.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.
