Retrieves the MLCONVCHAR constant(s) that the Conversion Object has set.
Syntax
HRESULT GetProperty( DWORD *pdwProperty );
Parameters
- pdwProperty
- [out] Address of the buffer to receive the property value.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if successful, or E_INVALIDARG if the argument is invalid.
Remarks
A client checks this value to see if the Conversion Object has detected the code page of the source string. This check can be done with the code fragment in the following example.
Example
This code fragment shows how to check to see if the source code page has been detected.
pMLCC->GetProperty(&dwProp); // See if the code page has been detected. if (dwProp & MLCONVCHARF_AUTODETECT) { // It has been. Now you can determine which code page it is. pMLCC->GetSourceCodePage(&uiSrcCodePage); : }
