IActiveIMMApp::GetProperty Method

Retrieves the property and capabilities of the IME associated with the specified keyboard layout.

Syntax

HRESULT GetProperty(
    HKL hKL,
    DWORD fdwIndex,
    DWORD *pdwProperty
);

Parameters

hKL

[in] Handle to the keyboard layout.

fdwIndex

[in] Unsigned long integer value that contains the type of property information to retrieve.

pdwProperty

[out] Address of an unsigned long integer value that receives the property or capability value, depending on the value of the fdwIndex parameter.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error code otherwise.

Remarks

This method maps to the ImmGetProperty function documented in the Microsoft® Platform Software Development Kit (SDK).
