Active Input Method Manager

This document describes technologies available in the Internet Explorer 5 Beta. While we encourage you to evaluate these features and to send us your feedback, please note that these features are subject to change.

Active Input Method Manager mirrors the Win32 Input Method Manager APIs to allow Far Eastern character input on non-Far Eastern versions of Microsoft® Windows and Microsoft® Windows NT.

Note The implementation of this technology will change after the release of Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5 and the current implementation will may not be supported.
