Retrieves the value of the cascading style sheet (CSS) zIndex property for the object.
Syntax
HRESULT get_zIndex( VARIANT *p );
Parameters
- p
- Address of a variable that receives the zIndex. The variable receives a positive value if the object is positioned above the text, and a negative value if it is below. See zIndex for details. The variable receives NULL if the property is not set.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Syntax
HRESULT put_zIndex( VARIANT v );
Parameters
- v
- String or value specifying the zIndex. A positive value positions the object above the text, and a negative value positions it below. See zIndex for details. Set this parameter to NULL to remove the property.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.
