Description

This sample demonstrates the new drag and drop support. Internet Explorer 5.0 provides full application-level support for drag and drop -- both between frames within Internet Explorer, as well as to and from other applications.

To use drag and drop in the sample above, drag the software packages from the left frame to the drop box in the right frame -- notice how the cursor changes, and notice that the component list on the bottom of the right frame is updated. Drag the "Current Order" image in the middle of the right frame to another application, like Microsoft Word, and see the data dropped into that application.

These new features of Dynamic HTML are supported in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 Beta for Windows 95 and Windows NT.
