Cropping Tool

Use the cropping blades or the diagonal corner handles to define the cutout area to be printed.

Click inside the cutout area, then drag the hand cursor to move the cutout without changing its dimensions.

Use the appropriate ôLockö button next to the Image Size and the Resolution settings to control which one will remain fixed during cropping.

Note: If the Aspect Ratio is locked, then the movement of horizontal and vertical cropping blades is coordinated to maintain the image proportions.

Navigation

Click the forward or backward arrow to browse to other selected images.

Image Size

Choose one of the common picture formats.

Rotate 90░

The image will be rotated by 90░ for printing.

Note: The display of the image will not change, only the orientation of the image on the printed page.

Background Color

This color will be appear on the unused areas of the printed page and in any transparent areas of the images.

Image Size

Displays the size of the printed image.

To maintain the image size while cropping, use the ôLockö button to fix the size. StudioLine will adapt the resolution as necessary.

Aspect Ratio

Displays the printing proportions.

To crop the image to custom proportions, use the ôLockö button so that the aspect ratio is not fixed.

Resolution

Displays the print resolution.

To maintain a given resolution while cropping, press the ôLockö button to fix the resolution. StudioLine will adapt the image size as necessary.

Note: For optimal results, StudioLine may make minor adjustments to the print resolution.
