3D Colour Changer 98

Description:

3D Color Changer 98 allows you to change the colour of any Windows element (just like Control Panel's Desktop Properties), but you can also manipulate the colours of 3D frames shadows and so on. Windows 98 specific colours (gradients and so on) are fully supported. There is also a scheme load/save support and examples included.

DeskTop Auto-Rebuilder

Description:

This applet takes the Desktop DB and DF files and moves them to the Trash, and the next time the computer starts up, the Desktop Automatically rebuilds itself, without you having to hold down any key commands.

Desktop Goodies 5.0

Description:

Desktop Goodies gives you six essential utilities. There's a pop-up Calendar, Conversion Tables which convert common measurements, and CountDown which counts the time down to 0:00, then plays a Wave file. Reminders will remind you of events for the next seven days, and there are a 10-page Sticky Notes pad with rapid save, and a log showing the date & time that your computer starts up. Also, users can add up to five of their own programs to the menu. Run as a standard program, or from the system tray for one-click access.

FastView Plus

File Splitter Deluxe

When you split your files with this program, a small executable (39K in size) is created in the same folder and can be distributed with your split files. This executable will allow anyone to recreate the original file, even if they don't have File Splitter Deluxe installed on their system. TweakExplorer

Tweaki for Power Users

WrapUp 2.2

OS/2

Description:

It's a bit hard to reconfigure OS/2's context menus for objects. For WPS folders, here's a solution: you can add your own favourite programs to all folders' context menus at once. Have OS/2 start a command line in a certain directory, for example. This is done with a WPFolder replacement class.
