Control | Preview Frame
Switches to 'Preview Frame' mode to preview the current Frame in the 'Layout' window. In 'Preview Frame' mode, you can move, scale, rotate and skew objects in Keyframes using Select/Scale tool 
and Rotate/Skew tool
