Deleting Citations

Co-Citer allows you to delete individual citations as well as group of citations and the whole folder.

To delete a particular citation:

1. Click the Delete the Citation icon next to the ôTitleö field of the citation you want to delete.
2. Click OK in the confirmation window.

To delete a group of citations:

1. Select a group of citations you want to delete:
   1. Position the mouse pointer at any place of the first citation you want to delete.
   2. Press the left mouse button and move the pointer to any place of the last citation you want to delete.
   3. Release the left mouse button.
   
   
2. Click the Delete Citations button.
3. Click OK in the confirmation window.

Co-Citer also allows you to delete a folder and all the citations it contains. To delete a folder:

1. Click the Delete Folder button.
2. Click OK in the confirmation window.

Note: Deleted citations cannot be restored!
