Hot-Keys appear to be slow to respond

    There are two main reasons for 'Slow Hot-Keys' these are :-


      *  The  'Type 40'  menu command  is not the last command in  the
         menu.   You must have  the  'type 40'  command  as  the  last
         command  as  this  will allow the  'Keys'  to be  loaded into
         RA, before the user sees the screen.

      *  The fossile/modem outbound buffer is to large in your fossile
         driver.   This will  make  the  'Hot-Keys'  slow because when
         a user types a key He or She will be displayed anything still
         remaining in your modem's/fossile's outbound buffer.
