Having Problems?

	Are you experiencing poor performance? If so, try switching 3D mode off using Gem Master's control panel. If you know you have a hardware accelerated 3D video card, but are still experiencing poor performance, try setting your Windows desktop to 16 bit color. Many 3D video cards accelerate poorly or not at all when the desktop is set to 32 bit color. Additionally, Windows NT doesn't support hardware accelerated 3D using DirectX.
	Do you have the WildTangent web driver installed on your system? Gem Master requires it. If not, you can get it here.
	Do you have a supported browser? The WildTangent web driver requires either Microsoft Internet Explorer 4+ or Netscape Navigator 4+.
	Do you have DirectX? The web driver requires you to have Microsoft's DirectX installed on your system. Most systems already have DirectX installed, but if yours doesn't, you can get it here.
