Resample Image

Resizing an image

This dialog box is available via Resample Image out of Image menu.

First specify the image dimension units. Then specify the new dimensions or give a scale factor for either horizontal or vertical size.

The Resolution is the scale factor used for converting image size in pixels to any units. The Resolution is saved only in "BMP" format.

Check Anti-Alias to use the slow but high-quality Lanzcos algorithm for resampling the image. If not checked a faster Triangle algorithm is used.

Check Aspect-ratio if you want to keep the given with to height ratio of the image when resizing.
