WAP Pictus 3.5

WAP provides mobile access to Internet. In addition to immediate access to text information, it enables you to use pictures and other graphics. The pictures must be submitted to WAP sites using a special WBMP format. The most popular graphic programmes are not able to work with this graphic format, so that is why there is WAP Pictus. Besides being a powerful instrument for converting standard image files to WAP-enabled format WBMP, WAP Pictus features a set of editing functions for additional enhancements and the functionality to create new pictures.
