CloneCD 4 Settings Window |

The Settings Window allows you to change the CloneCD I/O method
as well as Auto
Insert Notification Settings and Auto Play Settings of Windows.
With CloneCD it is not necessary to disable Auto Insert Notification or Auto Play.
To open the Settings Window, choose Tools, Settings from the
CloneCD Main Window.
The following options are available:
Click the OK button to activate your changes. Depending on the changes
you made, it may be necessary to restart Windows for the changes to take
effect. CloneCD will suggest a reboot if required.
For any options or terms you do not know or need detailed information, please
click with the right mouse button on the option/ line in question in the navigation windows.
Auto Insert Notification
- Select the checkbox to enable "Auto Insert Notification" for all CD-Drives
available. Please disable "Auto Insert Notification", if you use
the WINASPI32 compatibility mode.

Auto Play
These settings are relevant for all units for which you have enabled the Auto Insert Notification:
- Play Data Discs automatically - If this box is checked, data discs are started automatically.
- Play Audio Discs automatically - If this box is checked, Audio Discs are played automatically.

Language
CloneCD automatically recognizes the Language Settings from your operating
system and starts CloneCD in the chosen language. In case you would like to use
a different language, you can choose it here.

CloneCD Update
If you enable the checkbox, CloneCD will automatically offer you the
latest version available - if you are registered!

Buffer
CloneCD automatically sets the correct buffer size.

Drive Control
This option determines whether CloneCD:
- automatically opens and closes your drives.
- locks a certain drive for the copying process.

Select Sounds
Activate your favorite sounds for the CloneCD copying process.
If the respective sound checkbox is selected,
CloneCD plays that sound at the step during the copying process. The following
sounds are available:
- Success Sound - This sound acknowledges complete and successful
copying. Click the Test button for a sound check.

Error sound - This sound acknowledges
that an error occurred
during the copying process and copying is incomplete. Click the Test button for a sound check.

Insert sound - Insert a
medium for reading and/or writing in the respective drive. Click the Test
button for a sound check.
All sounds are selected as a standard
setting. If you want to change the sounds click on "Browse" to select
another one.
Click on "OK" to confirm your
changes.
