Storing Clips in the Bin Window (for Already Digitized Data)

Use the following operations only to create video and audio clips (AVI clips) from material in the same source data.
Create audio clips by loading the source data (WAV files) directly into the Bin window.
Create title clips by loading title data (ICG files) or still images (BMP files, etc.), or by starting a titler from the Bin window.

  1. Playback the data in the source monitor and define a clip to use by setting In and Out points.

    For details, see "Setting In and Out points" .

  2. Click the Update Bin button.
    The clip appears in the Bin window, and the clip source data is saved as an AVI file.

    To open the Bin window

    Click Show Bin button in the Timeline window.

  3. Repeat steps 1 to 3, creating clips as required and saving them in the Bin window.
