To display the Edit Settings dialog, click Settings > Edit settings... in the
Settings menu.
Timeline tab
Use this tab for initial settings of Timeline operations.
Preview
Set the preroll time from the position at which you want to start
timeline prevew (default: 3 seconds). Click the value to select a digit and enter a new value or rotate the mouse wheel.
Timeline
Check to enable necessary operations on the Timeline.
Transition tab
Use this tab for initial settings of transitions and audio cross fades.
For Duration setting, click the value to select a digit and enter a new value or rotate the mouse wheel.
Transition
Select a default transition in the drop-down list and set duration (default: 1 second). Click Setup to display the setup dialog for the selected transition.
Audio Cross fade
Select a default audio cross fade in the drop-down list and set duration (default: 1 second). Click Setup to display the setup dialog for the selected audio cross fades.
V-mute
Set duration of
V-mute (default: 1 second).
Still image tab
Use this tab for initial settings of still picture clips and title clips.
For Duration setting, click the value to select a digit and enter a new value or rotate the mouse wheel.

still image clips (default: 1 second).
Title
Set duration of
title clips (default: 1 second).
Select a title mixer in the drop-down list and set duration of the mixer (default: 1 second). Click Setup to display the setup dialog for the selected mixer.
Capture tab
Use this tab for initial settings of batch capture.
Set preroll time from the capture position (default: 5 seconds). Set margin length when capturing data with margins (default: 2 seconds). For Preroll and Margin settings, click the value to select a digit and enter a new value or rotate the mouse wheel.
Check to enable necessary operations during batch capture。
- Confrim filename
When checked, you can confirm the AVI file names and specify desired names.
- Load to Player after Capture
When checked, you can preview the created AVI files.
- Skip Errors and Continue Capture
When checked, no errors abort batch capture.
- Automatically Divide Files
When the following changes occur, data before and after each change are converted into defferent AVI files.
Check to select the condition causing file division.
- At Timecode Break
- When Aspect Ratio Changes
- When Audio Sampling Rate Changes
- When the Recorded Time Date Changes
