Still image clip

Still image clips can be placed on VA tracks to create video clips. They can also be placed on T tracks.
You can use the following image formats to use as source data for still image clips.
BMP, FPX, GIF, JPG, PICT, PNG, PSD, QuickTime Image, Targa, and TIFF.

Thumbnail

Shows a thumbnail for the still image clip.

Duration

No duration is set for still image clips when they are first created. (Displayed as "--:--:--;--".) Duration is set after the clip is placed on tracks. You can change duration in the [Clip Properties] dialog box .

Clip name

The filename of data source is automatically assigned here. To change it, click the clip name to highlight it, and then enter your desired name. (You can also change it using the [Clip Properties] dialog box of the clip.)
