Tube Guardians given half-price season tickets

My suggestion is to screen season ticket holders who are tube travellers and to invite suitable ones to an evening event. They would be offered half-price season tickets to become 'special policemen' on the tube when they travelled.

Vigilance training would be given and each year a percentage discount would be allowed.

The Commuter Guardians would be a cross between policemen, Guardian Angels and caring fellow travellers.
