Networked Teletext

Demonstration version is limited to 4 simultaneous users and 100 page requests before bombing out. To avoid this happening too quickly rolling page requests have been configured out.

Automatic fetching of linked pages is configured off for the same reason (but you can put it on if you want).

Most schools will manage with a site licence for 30 simultaneous users since even a large school is unlikely to have more than 30 users logged on to the teletext server at the same time. Of course there is no limit to the number of page requests in the release version and the system manager may configure rolling pages on or off (and anywhere inbetween).

Saving (in a variety of formats) has been disabled or severely mucked about with in the demo. The real version has saving fully active.

!Teletext in the demo does NOT support foreign language characters BUT the release version DOES. !TTXEd in the demo DOES support foreign language characters.
