1 IN 5 SPECIAL NEEDS
With an estimated 1 in 5 pupils having Special Educational Needs at any given time, the considerable demands of the Code of Practice could place an intolerable burden on teachers. SENstore has been designed to try and ease this burden, by helping with the difficult and time consuming business of writing Individual Education Plans.

POWERFUL, FLEXIBLE AND EASY TO USE
SENstore lets you create a report simply by clicking the mouse. It comes with over 750 comments about Strengths, Weaknesses, Targets, Action Plans, Monitoring, Review and Assessment. It's easy to alter these or add your own, and you can store up to 3,750 comments if you have a hard disc drive or an Archimedes/Risc PC which has a 1.6 Mb floppy drive.

WIDE RANGE OF CUSTOMISABLE REPORT HEADINGS
SENstore creates reports with 5 different report headings (e.g. Strengths, Weaknesses, Targets, Action Plan, Monitoring) and 15 different topic headings (e.g. Language, Reading, Written Communication, Maths etc.), and you can easily alter these to suit you needs.

60 PUPILS x 16 REPORTS
The program disc holds full details on up to 60 pupils, including their names, dates of birth, year group, and stage. You can easily sort the list according to any combination of these criteria. The program also records the comments you use for up to 16 reports per pupil, and it is easy to alter or update these.

SPECIAL LINK FEATURE
Particularly powerful is the special link feature. This is very flexible, and is easily set up so that e.g. selecting a comment about a particular Weakness will also automatically select the linked Target and Action Plan comments.

USEFULNESS RECORD
SENstore keeps a record of how often you use each comment, and even lets you make a note each time you find a comment particularly useful. This information is instantly available on screen, making the job of selecting the right comment a lot easier.

CUSTOMISING
SENstore automatically customises comments (e.g. inserting the pupil's name and converting text for gender), and lets you control how this is done. You can insert individual comments, group of comments or a whole report from SENstore directly into any wordprocessor. You can also save your report to disc, and then load it into a word processor, or "mail merge" it with Impression Style or Publisher ((c) Computer Concepts Ltd.) for which a sample report template is included.

MULTITASKING AND HARD DISC COMPATIBLE
SENstore is multitasking and mode independent and will run on any Archimedes computer or RISC PC which has a minimum 2Mb of RAM. It is also easily loaded on to hard disc.

This has virtually all the features of SENstore, but with only a small set of sample comments. The £5 is refundable against purchase of the full package.
