11 NEW DATA SCREENS
Nstore now has 14 data entry screens, and holds data on all National Curriculum subjects from Levels 1 to Exceptional Performance (including French and Welsh) as well as R.E. and General Comments. It also stores each pupil's Christian name, surname, sex, date of birth, attendance, SAT results, and exam and classwork percentages in each subject.

COMPACT DATA STORAGE
Each Nstore pack holds data on 6 classes of up to 36 children. It also stores up to 144 "topics" and all the Level Descriptions they cover. The program can then easily update all or selected children's files when this "topic" is covered by a class or group.

TEACHER COMMENT FILES
The program disc now also has files containing over 750 teacher comments. As these are all !Edit files, you can easily amend any of the comments or replace them with your own.

EASY DATA ENTRY
A child's performance on each Level Description is entered simply by clicking the appropriate box on screen. The full text of each Level Description is also easily available by clicking the mouse.

AUTOMATIC REPORTS
Nstore takes the pain out of composing those time consuming end of year/term reports - simply click on the National Curriculum Level Descriptions or teacher comments on each subject screen. The computer then produces a report by intelligently customising these into logical sentences, taking into account the pupil's progress, name and sex. Any combination of one or more subjects can be printed or exported.

DETAILED LEVEL DATA
Individual and class data can be sorted according to level, subject and scores, and a list of children and the levels they have attained shown on screen, or exported as a text file.

GRAPHICAL SUMMARIES
A detailed graphical dispay and printout is also available which shows the percentage of Level Descriptions achieved in each subject by each child, and the class a whole.

EXPORT OR PRINT
Nstore has a range of print options for setting your own margins and headings. For word processing, or more sophisticated layouts, reports can be exported in a range of file formats to other packages. (e.g. Computer Concepts Impression Style/ Publisher etc.).

CURRICULUM FOR 1995
Nstore has just been fully updated with all the latest (1995) Level Descriptions. These are now stored on the program disc as !Edit files, instead of being built into the program as previously.

We now have an Archimedes/RISC PC demonstration version of "Nstore" which allows you to try out virtually all its features, including constructing reports which can be viewed on screen (but not printed out or exported). This version comes with a full manual, and disc wallet for only £5.00.
