Hot keys (in brackets) can be used instead of the mouse.
Examples of commands which can go into an output symbol:
Turn Motor b rev
(Close curtains - Granny Flat)
Turn Output 1 off
(Turn light off - Granny Flat)
Turn Output 6 on, 4 off, 7 off
(Change lights - Pelican)[Up to four outputs can be controlled by one output symbol].
When you have entered the text, click on OK or press Enter.
Motor power control: After clicking on fd or rev you can control the power of the motor by selecting a number (0 - 100) before clicking on OK. eg.
Turn Motor c fd 50%
(Two speed fan - Granny Flat)With the Unilab Serial Analogue board the variable output DAC has the values (0 - 255). eg.
Turn DAC 128
(ie 50% output).To obtain a progressive change, for example lifting a weight on a hoist, the motor power or DAC can be defined by a variable.
Any of the symbols except Start/Stop/Sub can be inserted between symbols which are in a straight column. The symbols on the flowchart below will automatically move down
Up to twenty-two symbols can be placed in one column. If columns become too long, then a sub-procedure is probably needed.
