Today H&P can't decide for anything, because the situation is much
too unclear. It's a very different situation if a hardware manufacturer
licenses H&P's operating software or whether H&P has too sell it as
separate product. In the latter case there is a big piracy risk, which
would drive the price upwards, and people wouldn't understand that.
People should in general not assume anything, and those people who
haven't preordered any card yet should definitely keep this strategy.
