YAM's viewer has configurable keys, which is definitely the best solution!
The styleguide does define shift for page movement and alt for 'semantic
units', though YAM defaults to alt for page movement as shift is used for
marking, and the styleguide doesn't really offer any ways to do that, which is
why I didn't follow it that closely when I had to select default keys...
