I just tried with my Prefs drawer (those 40 entries I mentioned before)...
copying it from one partition to another, deleting the files, copying
again, copying into the same drawer, deleting them again, closing all
windows - chip is back to 1.98M. I do NOT use WB2Fast either, only WBCtrl.
Really strange...
