I too run lots of things in my startup. I loose about 13 megs here on
bootup.

That is true but that is not what J.G. is saying. I have asked the same
question as he has. Booting with the same startup in both 3.1 and 3.5
results in 3.5 using 2 to 3 megs more RAM than 3.1. Yes there is a ROM patch
that is loaded but 2-3 megs????
