Thanks for your reply Jon.....I found out what was causing the "lost
Partition" the NSDPatch program was not in the "C" directory!!
never had been from the original install from the OS CD Rom!!
now why not is another question......I D/L'd NSDPatch from Amiga.de
installed it , and installed Boing_bag update , done a reboot ( via the
Program ) ran around the garden screaming , ;-)) , and on my return
"Eureka" all partitions were showing on workbench , is this what you
call the Y2k bug!!!!
