I had a problem with the BB1 version of setpatch also. After installing the
origianal 3.5OS, I installed a 10+ gig IDE drive and it worked very well
finally formatting out to 9.5 gigs. However, after installing the BB1 version
of setpatch, the drive went to an 8 gig drive according to the HDToolBox.
Promptly reinstalled the 3.5 setpatch and all is back up to 9.5 gigs.
