Well if Opus 5.82 (I guess you use that one) uses the icon.library V44
completely, also for drawing the icons, it should be as fast as with
Workbench.
But you are right, when I but up with Workbench icon displaying is
quite much faster.
Opus 5.82 uses the new icon.library API to actually load the icon, but
it may as its own icon display code, which could lead to chunky (V44
icon format) - planar (as Opus may expect it to be when it doesn't
support RTG properly here) - to chunky conversion.
Just a rough guess. Olaf? Could it just use "DrawIconState()"?
