I have had similar problems with my HP970 printer when I used the wrong driver
(there is no specific driver for the 970 yet and I just chose the HP1000C or
whatever). If your problem still persists after a reinstall, try some of the
other drivers to see if there is a specific problem with the one you are using
or perhaps the TP program itself. Did you have these problems with the
previous TP7 update (7.06 I think)? Perhaps the 7.09 beta is the problem. I am
using 7.09 with my HP and all works very well.
