The imprtant thing is that under a good GUI with public screen support
you have the choice. One person have a new screen for every little
program, another can group them all onto 3 or 4 screens, or even run
everything on Workbench like a Mac.

No other OS has this flexibility, which IMO is essential for full
multitasking.

So yes, Reaction needs developing to at least the strength of MUI.

But existing MUI programs won't change, so we will need it for a long
time.
