| Subject: | screen locking when pressing mousebuttons while yam changes status icon |
Hi, sorry for the very long topic.. here comes the meaning of it:
Since starting to use os3.5, everytime YAM goes fetching mail, moves mail or
anything else that makes the YAM-icon on WB change, and I press any of the
mousebuttons meanwhile (moving a window, browsing through menues or just
holding them down for fun), the screen freezes... and all input. If I happen to
play music, it still continues playing.. If YAM starts sorting the mail, I can see my
hd-diod blinking (indicating that it really does sort them). My amiga is
gateway (using miamidx) to my other computers, and I can still use the net
on them, when my amiga is locked this way.
I don't know if it's the same for other programs which change icon on wb, as I
don't use any other than Yam, or if it's YAM-specific..
Anyone else had this? Is there a cure? Any tips?
