Filtering at the report element level Using Observer Reporting Server, you can filter individual report elements if desired. Meaning, the smallest building-blocks of your reports, like tables and graph elements, can be filtered to focus on specific portions of your network. Moreover, filtering at the report element level will not displace or modify your underlying data, nor is such the intended purpose. The intended purpose of element filtering is to narrow the scope of report criteria, so the end result (i.e. a graph) is specific and easily understood by viewers.
