My Brief Profile
You can skip and go directly to the summary and Bookmarks
- My life started in Hong Kong,
I came to Canada in 1980
and have resided here in Toronto since 1986.
- I graduated from Trent University with a majors in Mathematics and Computer
Science. Trent University, located in Peterborough, Ontario, is the best small university in Ontario. They kept
the professor to student ratio at 1:6 when I was there. You get to know everyone on the campus, and the professors
always have time for the students. It is also the most beautiful campus I've been too. Take a look
for yourself.
- I love Mathematics. You probably think I'm crazy, but it was the only subject that
I ever got 100% in tests or exams. Check out my Mathematics Page. Not interested? What about if I told you I've
included the formula for success there?
- I like many sports, but soccer has always been my favorite. I also like tennis,
and I follow Formula-1 racing. My favourite team is Ferrari.
- I like music, almost all kinds of music, from classical to heavy metal. I probably
like certain kinds of music more, but I'm always willing to try something different. I am crazy about synthesizer
sounds, be it synth-pop or new age, I love them all.
- I am a freelance writer. Here are some ideas that I am working on for the time being.
- Some of my friends have their own pages. Those who don't have given me some of their
stuff for me to put up here.
- My hobbies include collecting various stuff like Coca-Cola cans (actually
I have some Pepsi cans too), Swatches, stamps,
postcards, coins, hockey cards. Actually, I'm not a very serious collector; I won't pay big bucks for anything.
- I also like taking photographs. I've always dreamt about taking sports-action pictures, you know, a freeze
frame in the middle of BIG action. However, I can't afford to buy one of those powerful lenses and I've never had
the chance to get close enough to capture anything like the pictures that they have in sports magazines. Oh well.
I just take my camera out and shoot whatever I run into. I'll probably put some pictures up here later. In the
mean time, check out Eastman Kodak's sample
pictures. Or take a look at the Internet Photo Magazinefrom Japan.
