Back-Projection Subpage in the Mark Page
The Proj, or Back-Projection, subpage is mainly used for constructing texture mapped surfaces. With computed camera
parameters, any point with valid x, y, z values can be projected to
the texture image. The image with computed values is used as a
reference image while the texture image acts as the working image. It
is accessed through the Mark page of the Main
Window and has the following features:
- Back-project select point button: projects the selected points in
the reference image to the working image.
- Move marks in all images button: repositions the selected points
in the reference image. All marks of the selected points in different
image windows are all affected. The marks are moved to a position that
corresponds to the camera parameters calculated with the
back-projection. This function is used to check marking and 3D
computation error. A large movement means that there is a big error
and that camera parameters are inaccurate.
