NAME
       UMSLogout -- Close a Login and free its resources.

   SYNOPSIS
       UMSLogout( login )

       VOID UMSLogout( LONG );

   FUNCTION
         Close  a  Login obtained with  UMSLogin() or  UMSRLogin() and free
       all related resources.

   INPUTS
       login - Login handle as returned by  UMSLogin() or  UMSRLogin().

   BUGS
         Used to need much stack under some circumstances, thus crashing some
       programs.  This should be fixed now (V9.66).
