FollowUp-To
     Certain networks have binary groups in which it is not wanted to
     post discussion messages. Mostly there is a special discussion
     group. Use this gadget to enter the replygroup for messages posted
     into one of the binary groups. This feature is not supported by
     all networks.

     Keyboard shortcut: 'L'

Distribution
     This variable is used to set the distribution for locally created
     messages.  Some networks use this field for restricting the
     distribution of a message.  Use this sting gadget to enter the
     distribution.
