The Post Window

   In this window you can prepare all information for writing a public
message.  For this purpose it has the following control items:


  List             		Groups to post into
  String Gadgets            	String gadgets in the Post Window
  Buttons               	Edit, Send, Cancel...
  Menus             		Menus attached to the Post Window
