BUFFERS

The  BUFFERS  argument  in  the  `Startup'-field  of  a MountList/DOSDriver
indicates  the  number  of  unused   archive-file-lists that the ARCHandler
keeps  in  memory.  This argument should be a number. The default number is
two and should probably not be changed.
