Directs output to screen or window.
Default value - SCREEN

TO SCREEN
        Sends output from @ ... SAY commands to the screen.

PRINTER
        Sends output from @ ... SAY commands to printer.  When screen
coordinate values indicated in @ ... SAY command are lower than those of
previous @ ... SAY command, page eject will result.

TO FILE <file>
        Sends output from @ ... SAY commands to <file>.
