COPY TAG <tag name>
        [OF <.cdx file>]
        TO <index file>

Creates single entry index from tag in compound index.

<tag name>
        Unique name that identifies separate tags that are part of a compound
index.

OF <.cdx file>
        Specifies which compound index contains desired tag.  If not included,
FoxPro looks for the tag in the structural index file.  If it isn't
there, any other open compound index files are searched.  If duplicate
tag names occur in the structural index file or other open compound
index files or both, include the OF <.cdx file> clause to specify which
compound index file contains the desired tag.

TO <index file>
        Specifies name of single entry .IDX file to be created.
