COPY INDEXES <index file list>

Copies single entry index files to compound index.
-----------------------------------

<index file list>
        List of .IDX index files, separated by commas.  A tag with the same
index expression is created for each index file in the index file list.
The name assigned to each tag is the same as its corresponding .IDX
index file name.  If you try to copy an index file with the same name as
an existing tag, a dialog is displayed (if SAFETY is ON) asking if you'd
like to overwrite the tag.

ALL
        Adds all open index files to compound index.

TO <.cdx file>
        Adds tags to compound index other than structural compound index.  The
compound index is created if it does not already exist.
