	Mario Mario	Mario Brothers: Mario and his so called "son" Luigi ventured out to stop the evil King Koopa from taking over the human realm for the dinosaurs.
	Donkey Kong	Donkey Kong: This giant beast was first appeared when he kidnapped Mario's "royal" girlfriend, Princess Daisy. An instant classic that lives on today
	Link	Legend of Zelda: From his days in Hyrule, he was hired to stop the nefarious Ganon and save Princess Zelda. By far the greatest game ever created.
	Samus Aaron	Metroid: As Samus's homeworld of Zebes was infested by glandular blobs of mush. With her Varia Suit, she ventured out to stop the Mother Brain.
	Yoshi	Super Mario Brothers: This leaping lizard started as a small secondary character for Mario and Luigi, he was a fast means of transport.
	Kirby	Kirby's Dreamland: Boy does this little guy like to Blow! Kirby's homeland was taken over by some Turtle guy and Kirby had to step him.
	Fox	Star Fox: A Fighter Pilot in his times, he was the best at what he did, Dogfights. Fox took out the humongous robots who invaded his planet.
	Pikachu	Pokemon: As a Pokemon in the game, he had no purpose. He was a bad Pokemon and really sucked. Because he was cute, he was made the Pokemon mascot.
